Corporate housing is a type of short-term lodging in South Florida and other areas suitable for:

  • Others who need to live in a new location for a few months, usually for work-related purposes

These are fully serviced apartments in South Florida and elsewhere that are not as expensive as a hotel — although they often have many of the amenities you might expect in a hotel.

Why Choose Corporate Relocation Housing Over a Traditional Apartment?
Buying or entering into a long-term lease for a traditional apartment to provide business housing for employees in Florida or other locations can be time-consuming and costly. There may be times when there is no employee who needs your apartment, but you will still have to pay the mortgage or lease during those months.

In addition, our corporate apartments are turnkey. They are fully furnished with utilities already set up. A traditional apartment may require you to furnish it and arrange utilities before anyone can move in, and you will be responsible for those furnishings and managing the utilities from then on.

What Amenities Are Included in Our Corporate Apartments?
Our corporate apartments include:

  • All utilities: electricity, basic cable service, high-speed internet, local phone service.
  • Fully furnished apartment with complete furniture package, linens, towels, pots, pans, etc.

Each property listing includes a detailed list of items included.

How Do You Accommodate Special Requests and/ or Services Not Included in Your Standard Package?
Just let us know what additional items or services you need. Whether you need a crib, an extra bed, cleaning, etc. we will tailor your package to accommodate your needs.

What Is the Minimum Stay Required?
30 days is typically the minimum required stay. Subject to availability, we can accommodate weekly requests.
How Much Do Corporate Apartments for Rent in Florida Cost?
An average daily rent for a corporate apartment is about $150-$175, much cheaper than a comparable hotel room, and the cost may be tax-deductible as a business expense.

Can I Bring Family Members Into Temporary Housing Rentals?
Yes. Many people move into corporate housing as a halfway measure between leaving their old location and moving into a new permanent home or apartment in their new location. In these cases, you will often want to bring your family with you. Just contact us and let us know how many people you need housing for.

What Geographic Areas Do You Cover?
We cover the Southeast Florida area: Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties. We make every possible effort to accommodate each request as close to your workplace or destination place as possible.

How Soon Can You Have a Furnished Apartment Ready?
Once we have the signed paperwork, we can have an apartment ready, fully furnished with all utilities connected in 24 – 48 hours.

How Do I Make a Reservation?

How Do I Pick up My Keys?
We pay special attention in giving our clients detailed and specific arrival information. During the reservation process we make sure to get as much information about your arrival as possible and observe the policies for key delivery of every property. Our clients always receive an arrival information sheet with apartment details and key pick up instructions, so you always know exactly where and how you will get your apartment keys, prior to your arrival.

How Do I Pay for My Reservation?
We accept all major credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners and Discover. If your Company has a Corporate Account with us we will send monthly invoices and if your Company is interested in establishing Direct Billing with us, let us know, we will gladly send a Credit Application for processing. We also accept wire transfers. If this is more convenient for you or your Company, let us know and we will provide you with the required information.

How Do I Report Any Problems or Maintenance Issues?
Just call our toll free number +1 (800) 319 6199 or +1 (954) 241 0324. We can be reached 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Before or after regular business hours, our after hours answering service is trained to contact our on-call staff and give a message or report a maintenance emergency. You will receive a call within minutes of leaving your message with an update.

Are Pets Allowed?
First Choice Corporate Housing Group does offer properties which allow pets in Florida. We encounter many clients looking for pet-friendly corporate housing in South Florida, and we want to do our best to accommodate those requests. Just provide us with basic information about your pet or pets during the reservation process, such as breed and weight, and we will find an apartment in a community that will accept your pet(s). Most communities accept pets, but their policies, fees, deposits and weight limit vary by community.
